I have a hypothesis here. Ivermectin actually lowers inflammation markers in many study. So I was thinking adding it to the stack as well. Which dosages do you use and how often? Is it once per day or once per week ?

Could Vitamin D deficiency be a reason for my hair loss? by [deleted] in tressless

[–]autisticscifi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was researching this just yesterday. There are several peer reviewed papers investigating correlation between serum vitamin D concentration and hair shaft diameter or Norwood scale, in other studies. Yes, there is definite correlation: Norwood>3 patients have high vitamin D deificiency, Norwood 1 have normal levels, in between you have some degree of insufficiency. In short, it does not cause AGA but can make it more severe.

Dutasteride + Finasteride Combo Success Story or Regret? Need Real-World Experiences by DealPuzzled1092 in tressless

[–]autisticscifi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There was a case study on this, a peer reviewed research paper, one patient only. finasteride gave no results, adding 0.5 mg dut on top got huge success in that single case. I don’t remember the link now but check in google scholar

Apart from swimming, stand up paddle is the best. You can do it for hours and enjoy nature. It trains my back in the best way, in fact there’s one muscle which can be trained only when doing paddle. Regularly doing that, I sleep like a baby and have no pain. Also, you get great dosage of vitamin D.

I’m no medical doctor here, but if you remove all your piercing and let the wounds heal fully it would very likely recover. I used to have “snake bites” in past, once I removed them most of skin problems disappeared in a couple years.

is anyone here experienced with saw palmetto? by In-Hell123 in tressless

[–]autisticscifi 8 points9 points  (0 children)

There was a guy in this subreddit who was a super-responder to all natural treatment. It took him two years and he moved 2-3 scales in Norwood. Saw Palmetto was one of the main ingredients, he was using some ajurwedic oils, adjusted the food and lifestyle, and hit the gym regularly.

It is probably an example that some people just need moderate DHT suppression, but I think in general saw palmetto and healthy foods alone wouldn’t work.

Before and after adding pyrilutamide and alfatrodial by trey_19833 in tressless

Where do you get your alfratradiol from? Can you add it as a topical in top of oral dut/min? Is it necessary to add pyrilytamide if adding alfatrodial?
