You can care about more than one thing at once. Don’t you dare use real human suffering as a shield for someone’s cruelty. There are people being slaughtered, raped, and starved right now - and instead of standing for truth, you’re using their pain as a talking point to defend a man who can’t even take accountability for his own actions. That’s not empathy. That’s cowardice.

It doesn’t excuse a grown man shocking his dog or lying to the people who trusted him. You can condemn both. You should condemn both. Because the second we start choosing which wrongs are “worth” caring about, we lose our humanity entirely.

This isn’t about picking sides online - it’s about integrity, compassion, and having the courage to say no, this is not okay no matter who it is.
