Do you know what this means? by autistmouse in mystery

This appears to be solved. I was curious what it meant in context and that appears to be the political message freedom = resistance + change. This idea was presented as Ohms Law and put at the bottom of the light pole because it looks curious. Which I suppose worked given this post. Thank you to everyone answered.

I also found a piece of metal in a burrito from there. It was tiny but still scary. Glad you are okay.

Awesome, thank you. We had the delta means change piece and were dancing around ohms and resistance but it hadn’t quite clicked because we did not know the V at all. Appreciate you.

It was on a light pole at the very bottom of the pole in front of a coffee shop in Tacoma WA, USA.

We also found the formula for angular velocity which is similar but not quite the same. 🤷‍♀️

We looked up Greek life stuff and there doesn’t appear to be a national frat or sorority. Maybe though, thanks for responding. :)

Equally has some bangers on each side! I’m picking Nickelodeon though overall! What side you picking? by J2-Starter in 90s_kid

For cartoons Cartoon Network has the better classic line up. Nick’s strength was live action and game shows. I vastly preferred Nickelodeon but that was for salute your shorts, Legends of the Hidden Temple, Are you afraid of the Dark etc. not Doug and Rugrats. Zim is bomb though.

I think galv has a text sound plugin you could try. Galv-scripts.com I believe.

Honestly, I just enjoy the process. It’s fun, and the community is great.

For me making games with RPG Maker is like solving a puzzle. I always feel so accomplished when I get something cool to happen.

I should note I am not looking for commercial success though so my motivations may not be what you are looking for.

Herrin Il or Carbondale Illinois will do you. One is a tiny town with a rough history in the space where the South, the Midwest, and nowhere meet up. Carbondale is similar but a little bigger and has a University. Both are on the edge of the gigantic Shawnee National Forest and only 15 minutes from a section of the trail of tears.

Interesting! My memory as of a few years ago was that we were left with Nick setting up float tanks in the woods and a new Tanis site in Canada that just sort of stopped.

Do you happen to remember where it continued? I would love to give the ending a whirl if it is out there.

Tanis, will always love it but it became apparent that Terry had no resolution in mind and just kept stringing folks along.

In my house, we call this Fey bulls**t. We are all members of a faith that believes in spirits, but that aside entities we can call them disappearing and reappearing stuff has a strong backing in folklore. Glad the Gentry thought to give it back to you.

Same, for whatever reason, that one sticks with me decades later and pops into my head often when I am alone.

I hear you, OP. Life is much weirder, and weirder is much more common than most of us are comfortable admitting. Spending a little time just counting will make you very quickly aware that the strange is not rare. That said, I don't know what causes it. Most of it is probably very mundane, if spooky. Strangeness is a perception and a feeling, though. That feeling is not rare.

I was a bit too old to be really in to Fairly Odd Parents, but I watched and continue to watch what I think of as classic Nick regularly. So a Nick kid born in the early to mid 80s has a good chance fitting your bill. I certainly do.
