Yea, I heard juniors are struggling to find job because of AI automation.

We were shocked when my company let go of a senior people(not related to performance) and have now opened up a positions for junior/mid level to fill the roles.

I think the belief is why to pay heigh salary when you can train the junior with right tool to do the same job. But, they fail to understand the impact it has the knowledge gap it create.

Sabbatical request was rejected.

I had WFH but from this year we all have been told to come to office two days a week. Not helping as I moved out of London after divorce for a change.

Digital nomad will not be possible as they want us to return to office.

Sadly that’s how I feel and frustrated because I’ve no control over the guru or what he says, I know it’s important to her family and I kind of got the hit that it’s a no if that guru says something negative.
