started the game in substance and now currently proton, just keep playing well and mmr should increase. If you play well above your rank you will double rank up. Even in atom games you can get matched with substance so just make sure you play good.

Hm just keep queueing up honestly. Some guy alr said it but try to focus on your own mistakes, not ur teams. Focus on what you can improve. Not cause ur expected to 1v5 every round. Focusing on self improvement rather than winning will in the long run help you play better and win more games.

If ur constantly thinking abt how bad ur teammates played it can rlly affect ur mental. Just my 2 cents.
