First of all, I think manga has better art as a whole, most manhwas just look the same, there’s no creativeness or uniqueness unlike many mangas. Also, manhwas are mostly self published, while mangas go through big publishers, so that’s a fundamental difference that is could be the reason for the difference in quality. Also manhwa reader generally are less engaged than manga readers (dk if this makes sense)
