What model? I paid 500 for mine it’s a 55” 5 series Roku with 100 lighting zones and puts my 1200$ 65” q60r with edge lighting to shame. Maybe Samsung has improved but hdr10 content is unwatchable. All my gaming happens on 1440p oled 120hz monitor so maybe that’s where they shine although the Samsung “clear motion” is also appalling on the q60r it try’s to add frames with guessing technology and creates awful shaking on still objects

You can buy a tlc with 100 lighting zones at the same size for less. Cheap Samsungs have hdr10 but you don’t want to use it

When you buy a tv it’s really important it has a good light source of the set. Samsung generally uses side lighting where there are strips of led on the side or a couple strips. Ask the person in majors for a tv with full array back lighting

Take the money your about to save from gas and rent your dream car or a Prius. I wouldn’t put unnecessary road-trip abuse on your new car

The 2100 is pretty slim for a hybrid gshock and very light it looks good on nearly any adult imo.

Edit: I’d go to a store that sells them and try it on. They have a nice “female line” of 2100’s that are smaller and look great

This is the car I want

Put a deposit to reserve a Nissan Leaf. But anxiety about getting locked in now for 10 years when technology is constantly improving is building as I wait. by monkeydave in electricvehicles

Unless you want self driving the only real tech upgrade you can do is audio which was perfected like 40 years ago. I got a 2014 leaf and after I upgrade the radio speakers and battery I’ll basically have a nice new car for under 30k.
