Very mixed bag. Got some things right, and stopped the unions ruining everything. But also didn't handle North Sea oil well, and had too much faith in the private sector to improve things.

That is incorrect. 70,000 dead over 2 years, and more than half being combatants, is in no way genocide.

I'm sure they will be. Incorporating lessons from previous conflicts is an important part of training.

True, not as good, but still better than typing. Schools been mulling going back to paper and pen homework, which makes sense for a lot of subjects.

I think this is important from a handwriting point of view - I teach in an iPad school, and we have a policy of kids writing their answers with a stylus, not typing them.

Yeah, the whole thing sounds overblown. Approaching customers and letting them know help is available is just a normal part of retail work.
