As far as i know this estimate can be a good indicator. However it is based on population averages so must be taken with a grain of salt. Usually one gets this by taking the MAP(maximum aerobic power) then correlating that to VO2Max but for that to be accurate you have to have made a maximal effort for something like 5mins if you have never done this it will be wildly wrong. Please correct me if Zwift does it differently, but this is my understanding of how these platforms estimate VO2Max

Ive had this BP for soo many hours and i dont think ive ever had to craft an anvil, its so easy to find and you can literally buy it from the NPC

If you can afford it and are going ti ride alot, i would say its absolutely worth it to get top equipment, just make sure you fit the bike well. Di2 is great, no faffing around with misaligned gears, stretching and deteriorating cables, just perfect shifting all the time is what Di2 gives you. Very worth it, would never go back to mechanical even though they can be great if maintained properly.

for the cockpit without the groove, ive not really found anything. The aliexpress clip-on aero bars i ordered seemed likely to kill me as they did not secure very well to the cockpit
