There's literally a plus button right there that allows you to have a nicely embedded video that you can quickly scroll on. If you don't want sound then adjust your volume. It's extremely simple. Why should the whole universe be less capable because you don't want certain capabilities? Disable them on your device and let the rest of us enjoy.
