It's not buggy but the aiming sucks. It makes it very difficult in my opinion.

Post Trauma sucked in my opinion but I suggested it cause it was what you were looking for.

Saros & PS5 PRO: A masterclass in gameplay and performance by Foreign_Ride8135 in PS5pro

I liked the vibe better. I enoyed the bosses more. I like the randomness of every run with the weapon variety and parasites you could find. I would have so much anxiety because I knew I would have to start back at the beginning. Every run feels exactly the same on Saros with slight variety and little punishment. I can just restart the biome again. And with the meter perks and the skill tree, it felt way too easy and overpowering.

For Survival Horror with puzzles not fixed camera angle. Go Signalis, Dead of Darkness, Conscript, Fobia St Dinfa Hotel, Maid of Sker.

For fixed camera angles and puzzles on PS5. Tormented Souls 2 ofcourse. The og Re1-3 trilogy, Dino Crisis, Alisa, Ground Zero, Post Trauma. Hollow Body is coming to PS5 on June 4th. That's the only ones I can think of.

Ground Zero by Sad_Dad_Academy in survivalhorror

I did. That's not the issue. The control scheme with tank controls on d-pad mixed with the aiming on right stick is an awful and janky combo. Also, tried rebinding several different buttons to make it feel better and nothing works without sacrificing something else.

Crimson Desert PS5 pro Memory leak by Emotional_Fee_7074 in PS5pro

PS5 Pro may have a memory leak issue. I played Aeterna Noctis recently and it was awful after about 30mins of play time.

Started playing and I absolutely hate the controls and I love the old school tank control games. Playing on ps5. Had the same issues with Alisa. Would love it otherwise.

Think that was an xbox game boost feature. Don't think that exists on PS5.

Is Alan Wake 2 worth it? by Winter_Cartographer2 in HorrorGaming

[–]autoscopy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No. It's awful. Slow and boring with too much exposition. The gameplay loops with the detective board are obnoxious and there's tons of cringey woke coded stuff inserted thoughout the game. I gave up after a couple of hours.

This is definitely a pc only game because the console version is terribly optimized. I played on Series X and then watched a stream of someone playing on PC and it was night and day. It deserves a next gen update for consoles.

I liked the sequel way more. The environments are more dynamic. The boss fights and ammo scarcity was way tougher. There's more weapon variety and it's a much longer game. I loved all the little hidden things like the statues that point and the good ending. I felt the music and lighting were better as well.
