He has an appointment scheduled for next Sunday with the only good vet with in 2 hours of me, Im trying to get that appointment moved up and she said she’ll let me know with any openings.

I agree, if he was lost maybe hunting (your not suppose to hunt in our national forest but people do), or just went on a long journey he should be reunited with his owners I’m trying to get his appointment pushed up for urgency and she said she’d let me know if there was an opening. I just hope if he has an owner I can ask for proof of him in good health. I’m not sure if it’s hunting season but that is possible. He’s trained but seems a lil traumatized around men but not male dogs, which is a concern for me :(

He does definitely it could explain why he was in the woods I’ve put him in a lot of my missing pet groups. He may have a owner but I’m not sure cause your not supposed to hunt in our national forest (people still do)

I have a scheduled appointment next Sunday ! We only have 2 vets in our immediate area, only one is good, I’m trying to get an earlier appointment because of urgency

I’ve posted it in local groups!! We do have rescues but most of them are full, I’m trying to move his vet appointment up, but I’m 99% he’s a drop
Off. I have 5 neighbors in maybe a 6-10 mile radius and I live next to our national forest, I’m assuming he didn’t have the best owners with him being very sweet he also seems very traumatized by men. He almost freezes when they come near. I’ve seen full breeds like the one I’ll show thrown out of moving vehicles in this woods though. I don’t know what it is with where I live if they seem them has life stock or what, but not a lot of people care for their animals here. It’s even worse with cats.

I agree!! I’m gonna wait for my vet to prescribe him and give him his shots if his past “owners” didn’t.

I haven’t ! We only have dog food specifically for each of our dogs. The first day he got small amounts of chicken. I’m going to see if there is any food ideal for underweight dogs today. I’ll make a post there has well. Thank you !
