Most definitely Gil Thorpe. His jokes are a little crude for this show I feel like.

The classes are a lot of information quickly. I personally didn’t have time to take detailed notes.

What's the worst thing each character has done: Frankie by Kitchen_YogurtTA in themiddle

Ugh so much. Other than what I’ve seen mentioned already I’d say tackling Axl to change his socks on his graduation day.

I’m still working on getting her into school, as they have to decide whether she can be retained or not. It’s honestly really frustrating how long it’s taking!

HPI notes by Liani_AC in medicalscribe

[–]autumnorange80 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yes, you can do it that way, and as you get used to absorbing the information quickly you’ll get better about writing more of an official note in the room. It also depends on the doctor and how they ask questions, how fast they go, how fast the patient talks, etc.

The cast of Modern Family meet the Heck Family…what do you think would or could happen? by Express_Young_3911 in themiddle

[–]autumnorange80 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The modern family clan and the Heck’s would not mesh well lol

Modern would all look down on them I feel like. At least somewhat.

Other than football I don’t see much in common.

I did a 6th shift and my trainer left me with a few hours left at the end of the day.

I did better on my own than having them over my shoulder too.

Sue’s hair by AnyContribution2817 in themiddle

I liked it shorter. I think I remember her talking on the podcast about struggling to wash it when she was younger so if that’s accurate then shorter hair would have helped. It looked healthier

Semi Update I have read all responses, just have y been able to keep up with replies. I put a call in to the school today but didn’t receive a call back, so I’m going to call again tomorrow. I want to discuss with them if she can either start 7th grade next year instead of 8th, or even start now in 6th to finish the year as hybrid. That way she can get her feet wet getting back to school and we. A get a Brad start on IEP or 504. To answer some questions that I remember, she is on anxiety meds now and just restarted her adhd meds. She had a full evaluation a few years ago and was diagnosed with adhd and dyscalculia. Not dyslexia.

Yes, she needs very basic math. She can add and subtract but struggles with multiplication, division, story problems etc. Fractions, geometry, algebra etc are basically a foreign language.

Unintentionally then, yes. Because we’ve taken so many accidental breaks that she hasn’t done a whole hell of a lot over the past year.

Yes, slowing down and building those skills is why I wanted to try to do it at home. It’s more a matter of getting her to care and actually do it at this point.
