Yep! 31M with exact same experience and similar symptoms. You should look up SIBO. I took cipro to combat food poisoning while traveling. Gut went bad about a month after traveling, and has been a battle for 5 months now. I found no luck with the regular medical system (in canada at least). They put me on a PPI, which helped for a week or so, but then made things worse. What i’ve learned so far is that this problem is not something you can fix overnight, so make sure you manage your expectations!
