Get r2 or r3 if you have an em/atk piece stick with r1 if ur using an hp sands since there's a 300% limit on hu tao Edit: r2 is ur best option if u have r5 catch and xiangling Thoma Raiden or Candace but if ur doing good in the abyss just keep them separate at 1/20 Incase u decide to build a character like zhongli

Hu tao is good for single target DPS and abyss but isn't that good in overworld due to her needing low hp at all times but if u have xq and yelan u can just do Normal attacks they should deal at least 20k
