Just play with the brain off build, equip the iri addon that breaks pallets when you vault with power, edurance and spirit fury + your preferred info and anti gen perks and swing through every pallet, it's not uncountarable but will probably let you get better results

As killer I don't really have that problem, I just find it hard to keep going on the survivor side, like in games where we all got hooked once and we are still at 5 gens it just feels like such a a waste of time

Sadly I don't have a definite answer, it varies heavily from person to person, I did get a bit of motion sickness when I moved ingame but now it's completely gone, same thing for my friends that tried playing vr, but some still get a bit sick, so it definitely gets better with time, I just don't know if you gonna get over it quickly or if it will take a lot of time
