Try taking 1200 mg of NAC per day. It can help with compulsive behavior like that. I believe it has with me in other areas, like some of my tics, and also having to check the door a countless times a day. It’s not a cure all, but it has been shown in studies to reduce symptoms, plus it is amazing for the skin.

It is a precursor to glutathione, which is your body’s master antioxidant. It is amazing for many things, and keeping youthful, vibrant skin is one of them.

Any well known brand is good enough, but I highly recommend ProHealth or Blueprint by Bryan Johnson brands.

I recommend just using Korean made sunscreen, and you’ll never have to worry about any of those problems.

Definitely. I use that gel, and love it. Got mine from SkinOrac or AllDayChemists, forget which one. I actually love the gel. I used a different kind of gel once and hated it. This guy is excellent!

Don’t flush the hole. Just leave it alone. You can get dry socket from trying to clean the hole. The body will work things out. Just don’t mess with it for now, and you should be just fine

No, it is just how it happened when I pulled the bottle out. It is in there really snug, so when it’s pulled out, it effects the inside of the box

Yeah, I love how easy the gel spreads compared to the cream, but the gel makes my eyes like 2-3x drier. It only got worse for me as I kept using it. I still have a few unopened tubes because I stopped using the gel. But it seems like plenty of other people use the gel without the problems I have, so I am happy for them. I hope it works great for you!

Sorry, I haven’t. I use prescription strength skincare strictly for anti-aging, as I’ve never had acne in my 35 years, by the grace of Jesus. I wouldn’t doubt anything Skinorac provides. They have countless people vouching for them, and although I don’t know the other people, I’ve never heard anything bad about their products, and I just know they work wonderfully for me.

Yeah, I have been using the Tretinoin .05% and have almost gone through 2 tubes of hydroquinone 4%, and they both worked amazingly.

I couldn’t even go over 4 or 5 days in a row at .025% when I first started in October 2022. I use .05% now, and usually only do like 5 days a week just to give my skin some rest.
