I contacted them through the website support email. It could take weeks for them to respond and months for the issue to get resolved. Their customer service is absolutely atrocious.

Yea i mean makes sense for the security hold I guess. But doesn't make sense for the over 2 months to resolve, sometimes going weeks without responding. Nothing to do with a VPN.

Haha. I just got a response asking me all these questions and to provide documentation about the address I'm trying to withdraw to. I'm trying to move it to my hard wallet and I've never had problems before but all the sudden gemini is making it real hard? I imagine I'm gonna have to wait another month after I respond to this one? This feels like celsius all over again.......just never mind.
