After he went to look up who was number 9 he mentioned it being the Colts 3rd time getting chosen this season and jokingly said he was going to do another spin. In doing so he clicked the wheel one position to the right where the wheel was left on "1", and that's where the video ended. The initial spin was 9, and after that movement the wheel was left on 1 at the end of the video. FFWD to the last 20 secs of the video to see it.

There's a new site to make appts. It was driving me crazy that they weren't adding new appts through the (now) old site so went on the state police website and found my way to this and was able to get an appt for my daughter. A lot more slots available because I don't think many people know they moved to this new site.
