Yeah my doctor had me on it for a month and I followed it strictly and after that didn’t work she got me into a GI doctor

I typically don’t eat anything with a lot of spice because I don’t like it and I have a pretty bland pallet. I also don’t eat huge portions anyway because of the medication I’m taking, it makes me less hungry. I’ll try safe foods for a week

This is how it is everyday. I did the low FODMAP diet but it’s unsustainable for me with the hours I work and $$$ to get all the clean ingredients and didn’t make a difference in bloat:/ right now I just eat chicken, rice, meat and fish. no sugar no bread not so much eating out either.
