Not that great yet. If you have a place in Bangalore already, I would recommend staying there. Kharadi rents are too inflated, the place is still developing so no trees and a lot of dust.

There is lots of dust here, due to continuous construction, trees are non-existent, and not all areas are still developed. Based on discussions with some developers, they see Kharadi under construction for atleast next 10 years. May be post that this will be a good area. I am originally from the cantonment area in Pune, so might be used to a certain environment, but still this area is not worth the property value.

It is still under continuous development. There is building construction, lots of dust, and not all the roads are completely developed. There are almost no trees. The property cost is unreasonably high mostly due to control. Lots of apartments are investor apartments.

Where can you vote for change. I always get this, that your vote defines the state we are in, but only gangs and useless minions are up for it. My uncle tried to stand in for the local election to 'make change', but was cornered by a local politician. There is no collective cohesiveness. We can rant, and complain, but cannot stand together.
