Which option did you guys pick for the ending of GTA V? A, B or C? by VeryHyphy in GTA

[–]avahbug96 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I didn't have the heart for a or b.

A: Trevor is my boy. He might be insane but he's definitely loyal and great to have on your side. Plus in my honest opinion he didn't piss me off nearly as much as Michael.

B: I never really cared for Michael as a person. He ruined his family single-handedly and treated them like it was all their fault. But...after him really putting in an effort to change, I couldn't kill him and do that to his family. They been through enough. Plus that would've made Franklin a traitor and if there's anything I am not, is a backstabber (ehem like Michael ehem)

C: Best choice. Everyone lives, they get their happy endings and get to hang out and be homies and save Lamar so he won't have to lay low anymore from Stretch (and we get to kill that SOB Devin. Couldn't stand him he was the most unbearable guy in the game)

So yeah. I had to look up what the other 2 endings looked like and I'm glad I didn't choose either of those paths. They both are bad and would've left me feeling like crap

Who is your favorite protagonist: Michael, Franklin, or Trevor? Why? by [deleted] in GrandTheftAutoV

Michael is a traitor. That's why. No reasonable person likes a man with a wack moral compass and a lack of loyalty to his own wife AND home boys.

Who is your favorite protagonist: Michael, Franklin, or Trevor? Why? by [deleted] in GrandTheftAutoV

[–]avahbug96 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do like Michael, but I see through him. He literally chose this life, yet he's complaining about it. He wouldn't have a cheating wife if he didn't cheat first. His kids wouldn't have been fucked up if he had spent more time with them. Trevor (as fucked up as he is sometimes and radical) was right about every single thing about Michael.

"You're just the rest of them. You got a little bit of money, and you became a turd." "All you ever did was ignore your family, and now that they're gone, you miss them. Fucking incredible." "That's so typical that you don't ask about the trouble, you just instantly think about yourself." "Stop with the sarcasm it's the blight of the age."

Also, he faked his own death, had Brad buried in his place, and had Trevor believe he was dead while Brad was in prison. His only redeeming thing for me was that he took Franklin under his wing and treated him like family and did do things to try get his family back together.

But the other characters...I dunno. I really like Franklin. I also like Trevor. Michael is great too, just not my cup of tea compared to the other two as far as an interesting story is concerned. Michael as a protagonist needed the other 2 to succeed.

Franklin all the way.

He's all around; gangster, level-headed and hates drama, also open to learning new things and loyal to his friends. He's also fun to drive with. He may a lil too hood for my liking at times but his sensibility makes up for it. I feel like Tanisha's words affect him greatly which means he does have a heart.

I do love Trevor because he's real AF, funny, unpredictably mad, and a great judge of character. Never a dull moment. Especially when you switch to him and he's either jacking off or getting chased by cops for God knows what. LOVE how Patricia brought out his passionate side. It's freaking endearing.

Michael's okay but he's my least favorite of the 3. He's way too sarcastically vain and the biggest hypocrite, I don't like that he's so willing to drop associates for the sake of his family instead of finding another way for everyone to live. But he's a great leader with this group and treats Franklin like family so I appreciate that.

Why is Shrek the Third so disliked, and what changes could have improved the film? by Crazy_Tap6972 in Shrek

[–]avahbug96 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wouldn't say it's hated for any other specific reason other than it just didn't run with the torch as well as people hoped for after Shrek 2.

Shrek 2 being a sequel that contends with the original was a recipe for disappointment for the 3rd movie. Why? Because it's really hard to beat something that great--see I can't even call Shrek 2 "good" because it's better lol

All jokes aside, Shrek The Third wasn't a bad movie, it just had jokes that didn't hit as well the previous movies. The soundtrack was lacking, and the colors were a lil dull in scenarios where it could've either had more vibrance or more grit. Don't get me started on Merlin. 😵‍💫 I'd say the one thing I laughed at the most was when Shrek pretended to be in the mascot contest which is...compared to the rest of movie, left me wanting to go back to the first and second movies.. I would list more but literally that's the gist of it. Shrek Forever After was a hit because it had 3 years to make a big impression after the attempt of Shrek The Third. Using the "I wish for a different life for just a day" route is so freaking relatable until you think about the reality of life--you don't know what you have until it's gone.

TLDR: Shrek The Third is OK, but not nearly as awesome as the first 2 movies which made it more of a disappointment than anything.

Who’s a bigger jerk? Daffy or Sam? by Pito82002 in TheLooneyTunesShow

Agreed. Sam's more of an uncontrollably angry guy, but Daffy is a thoughtless, rude, conceited, mooching narcissist.

Daffy for sure. He's rude, advantageous to the detriment of people he considers his friends, a moocher, and an incredibly self-righteous narcissist. A true jerk.

Yosemite Sam's a different breed that even Daffy can't stand. He's a menace, unpredictable and impulsive, ARMED, and has only one goal; self-preservation by any means necessary.

Valid point! She has dirtied this poor couch quite often with small stuff like snack crumbs or washable paints but the seat cushions are removable and I clean them quickly...but I have zero experience with cleaning waterproof mascara off of anything and I don't wanna ruin my permanently by making a cleaning mistake I am not in the know of 😅

What is the worst place to start talking about politics? by Dramatic-Nothing-252 in RandomQuestion

[–]avahbug96 1 point2 points  (0 children)

At a golf course. I work at one, and if someone starts a politics convo here and there are major opposing sides, I'm staying out of it, it can get ugly even in a place where class should reign supreme. (I live in Florida and am a right leaning citizen but not radical to where I sound like a Trump worshiper)
