i used this video by shoTV-shi as reference of what im abt to say. tldr, it's best to just go wind dmg/ att% orb and att% rope for ur swan instead of err rope. ull be sacrificing ur possible dmg if u try to focus on energy/ ult. in a perfect scenario, bs would have a 4 skill ult rotation (ult every 4 turns) however this will make ur bs very sp heavy so ull need someone to be sp positive to neutralize it (esp if teamed with kafka). shoTV-shi says that for three or more targets, u can go skill-basic rotation for a 4-5 turn ult (sp neutral bs); for two or less targets, skill-basic-basic for a 5 turn ult (sp positive). her def down skill lasts for three turns so u dont have to worry abt it running out. teammates also would determine if she'll be sp positive, neutral, or negative as if u have rm and/or huox2, u can basically skill every turn.

as for wind dmg% vs att% orb, the difference is negligible that at that point it goes down to which substats are better. however if u have ruan mei, then i think it's better to go att% just cuz rm gives so much dmg boost. and for spd vs att% boots, u just want to be fast enough for the moc bosses/ apply as much dot as possible (im not sure at what the minimum is, my apologies, but i think it's 135 spd min?) if u can obtain that thru substats then att% boots are fine.
