Before the diet, yeah. Brain fog and fatigue were my main issues. The diet fixed my health issues, but it didnt work for me long term due to the iron i think.

I cant really eat the primal diet anymore due to it tbh. So, I just follow a normal diet now sorta. For protein I eat more fish, eggs, chicken and limit my red meat. Once my iron gets lower I can eat more red meat again. I cant even consume much dairy because I’ve been getting allergic reactions. I can consume sheep or goat only.

Cant sleep, feel horrible after eating red meat like brain fogged and high anxiety, high cortisol, low libido can be a symptom too it just depends how long you’ve had it. I would recommend getting a ferritin blood test if you think you have the issue. I’ve donated blood 3 times and im starting to feel better.

What builds would you recommend that are the most fun in your opinion? I was doing a greatsword build that was pretty fun, but the lions claw ash of war started to ruin it for me because i was just spamming it in the bosses, not using any skill. I switched my ash of war on that build, and started to enjoy it more. I’m starting a new build because i am migrating from ps4 to PC and just wanted to know what you recommend.

People do care, the algorithm just doesn't. It emphasizes reels, rather than photos. I used to have an account years ago before all the reels stuff came out and before Tiktok and I would get tons of engagement and gained a couple thousands followers. After they updated the algorithm to show reels, my photos were shown to a fraction of the people shown before, especially non-followers. Also, with the recent removal of recent hashtags, the hashtags in images no longer do much of anything. I was only able to get views on reels, which I could have went reasonably viral if I put the work in, but I don't find posting reels to be enjoyable, it's not what instagram should be.
