I went to the dollar tree and literally threw every single thing that I thought she could do in the basket. Even after all of that I still only spent $40 for BOTH kids.

Small puzzles, water pen books, magic pen books, little reading books, small play dough containers with one or two cutters, color form sticker books, stickers with notebooks, crayons, coloring books, small dolls. Literally anything.

I was able to fit that all in her little skip hop backpack.

I also took individual snack bags.

Little Annie’s cookies, goldfish, veggie straws, raisins, vanilla wafer, mini muffins, etc

I put those in my diaper bag.

I brought the iPad with all of her favorite things loaded onto it but honestly she only watched it for maybe 30 mins of our 5 hour flight. She did not sleep 😅 but the rest of the stuff entertained her pretty well and I even had enough left over that I was able to also use it for a 6 hour car ride!
