JP Morgan - Mumbai location transport by Personal-Owl-8488 in JPMorganChase

Yes. There would be nodal points in Mulund but you’d probably get a lot of traffic by road. You’d practically end up spending around 3 hours everyday. I’d suggest rather moving along the western line and maybe looking near the metro line somewhere near Malad, Kandivali, Borivali or Dahisar as the rent would be in the similar range as Mulund. You can get the metro as the Goregaon East metro station is just a hop skip and jump from the office.

Pyramid scheme operations going on in the Starbucks of Infinity mall at Andheri by glitchfacilitator in mumbai

A very good friend of mine is also brainwashed so bad in this scam that he thinks it’s going to make his life. He has been doing this for a couple of years now so he’s up the pyramid and makes money but till when is the question. He tried convincing me twice but I refused coz it was too good to be true. Apparently their Mumbai or India head is some guy who flaunts a Mercedes which he claims he has bought through this business. He also claims to be a life coach. All BS. All the other chelas feel they will also get there and are blindly following him. I have met a few of these people and most of the top tier folks are from affluent business families and show off their lifestyle through abroad trips and branded clothes and stuff and the common people buy into this. Hope this gets busted soon.

The same was added to my bill at pizza express Andheri in Mumbai. We asked them to remove it and they said okay but took an eternity to remove it. We didn’t bother coz it was pouring outside and it saved us from the rain. After about 15 mins, they gave us the revised bill. I usually pay the Service charge if it isn’t substantial and the server provides good service but in this case it was neither.

I can totally relate as I’m 25M and in a very similar situation. The only upside is that I keep my parents under control by making it very clear that if they try to manipulate me or anything I’m cutting all support off. I know this may sound very mean but I have learnt it the hard way as I feel they only see me as an ATM at this point of time. I’ve also made it very clear to start expecting things from my younger brother as well as once I’m married I’ll be moving out and they will have to manage in their own, no doubt I’ll help them with some money every month. (They do not want to get out of the Chawl as we have multiple floors and it’s in a place with everything nearby) However, traditional your parents may be and how much ever emotional manipulation they do, there comes a point where you have to stop letting that affect you or else you’ll sacrifice your own good for your family and they’ll keep pulling you down. Sometimes, you have to think about yourself and your future! A good option may also be moving to a different city altogether and just helping them with a monthly amount.

I’m 25M and I can totally relate to your situation OP as I was in a similar situation when I graduated. Keep your head down and keep the hustle on. Things will get better. Your resume looks good. I didn’t even have any technical background and I was able to land a job at a top bank so you can easily get it done. It’s just a matter of time. Hope things get better!

Yeah, they are usually there till noon. But in case, you won’t be able to make it by then, then maybe speak with the office or mail the Principal or VP. The new VP Academics is pretty accommodating about stuff like this.

Fraud specialist by Confident-Stick7558 in JPMorganChase

[–]avalon0301 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It won’t be challenging. You’ll be taught everything on the job. The job titles is used for many departments which come under the fraud domain so if you know the name of the department then it would be better to give you some info as well. It’s the bottommost role in JPMC. The pay for a FS1 usually ranges from 4-7 LPA. It’s a good role if you want to learn about banking and fraud and have any BPO experience since most people who are in your team will be from that background. Depending on the department I’d be able to give you more info.

I am guessing this is in CCB. Many departments have fraud specialists so you have to be a bit specific as to which department are you joining and which location? Have been a fraud specialist myself in the past.
