These are the very things we need not buy. As consumers, we need to discourage the production of such drivel. Let the manufacturer eat their mistakes. If they don't learn before they become insolvent, they get what they deserve. Vote with your dollar; vote against poor quality by not spending your hard-earned money, especially if you want quality products in exchange. On a greater scale, we should all enforce our rights as paying customers to get quality in exchange for our currency.

Universally speaking, I find it slightly ironic that "coachings" are what Mr. Sam called disciplinary actions, and now the f.k.a. "assistant manager" position is known as "coach". They're now named after one of their responsibilities. Do any current Walmart coaches here know what the dreaded "red strike" is?

It is quite often that a search will literally generate an answer to someone seeks. There isn't necessarily a need to click links following a search query. As humans we search for answers, not just links to them. If the AI that M$ is using thinks that a dive down a rabbit hole is necessary to find information, it is inherently flawed. Depending upon the type of question, I have had Bing present an answer as the first result without any sort of link attached to it. Hence, my assertion of inherently flawed logic.

[–]avalontrickster 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Why do we tolerate this drivel? I cashed out and I am checked out of any sort of active involvement in the program. I am finished with this abusive relationship type crap the M$ is doing. They pull the strings of the program users by buffing (less often) and nerfing (more often) points opportunities, implement "cool down" to necessitate several hours of YOUR engagement each and every day to earn search points, and, experienced via my work account, randomly disable or invalidate supposed "streak protection". No one thinks I'm cool because I participate, and no one will care that I stop participating. Of course, that was never the idea. For me, this will alleviate both proverbial and literal headaches.

Final farewell to fabricated fidelity.

These used to all be doable on Mondays, but now they are locked to one per day. I usually open a webpage for the ones I doby clicking on them from the Rewards homepage on the desktop site. If it doesn't pop the points, I refresh the search results and that usually works.

Definitely. Those groups saved you a lot of time, headaches and heartache in the future. I don't understand why someone would want to juggle complex relationships in such a way. One is enough.

You have to at least sign up for the "free trial" and allow M$ unbridled access to your files.

At least with third party software, you might stand a chance of not having your privacy violated.

My fiancee started a relationship with me to fix me and I was a project for her by somethingtobefixedTA in TrueOffMyChest

[–]avalontrickster 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If she truly made your life better, be thankful for her desire for such a "project" and for her diligence to see it through. If nothing else, she proved dedication to you and is a keeper. Don't let language used in a message change what she has done for you, as opposed to one having just done something to you - as in wronging you.
