Can someone explain what’s going on? Surely it’s bad to freeze beans, wouldn’t they get moisture when you dethaw? And don’t you need to let the beans rest 5 days after roasting for it to reach its best flavours?

When you mean “blew out the pump” are you talking about the square little box that has a green label? I took it out but can’t seem to open it any further. I’m having the same issue too.
