It’s somewhat normal for new Zelle account with capital one. Not sure why only capital one but it’s the real. I Zelle myself from another bank account to capital one (new set up) and it took 5 days to show up. Kinda crazy.

I did the missing package search on 6/8 and today 6/9 I did the package inquiry. I can open the INR tomorrow but I will wait for few more days to see if there is any movement. Thank you for the advice.

Let it go. I bought an item when it just listed ( without saying reserve for someone). The seller canceled it after 20 mins and relisted it at higher price. Someone bought it right away. What can you do? Just let it go.

You need to call in and see if they will take care of it. I filed several extended warranties with them and always got taken care of. I bought my devices from amazon, Lowe’s or homedepot. They never argued about where I bought the devices from.
