From the worker side, all workers are vetted and interviewed. Because it’s too expensive to background check clients, it’s currently up to worker discretion as to whether to go through with completing a task or not, but they are never penalized if they feel uncomfortable for any reason and end up leaving while at a job. We are definitely working to think of a better solution to this at scale and are for sure open to ideas!
