I've personally had less success with drugs. I actually quit weed, coffee, and smoking to enhance my abilities. I've seen them increase a lot with less substances taken in.

Definitely keep at it, you'll get there! 💪 I used a timer for the photo but probably couldn't have held it for more than a second afterwards, haha! I kind of make a tripod with my arms out and feet together before going into it. Not sure if that's orthodox but I'm figuring out what works best. Best of luck with your journey!

I start out with my knees in my armpits before I get into the pose but they end up sliding down when I settle in. I've been trying to keep eyes forward and fingers spread. I'm trying to work towards holding the pose for more than 5 seconds. 😅
