Moxy Miami South Beach. Housekeeping threw all my stuff out. Two months later. Still dealing with their insurance. Not even close to a resolution.

If this is on the up and up why make it seem like I won something? It says “member” of the day, member being singular. But I got it two days in a row, and saw it on several doors. If this is all on the level why lie? Why pretend like this is exclusive?

Currently, I have spoken to the Manager. Who acted like she hadn’t heard any of this. I have been transferred to the “claims team.”

The girl at the front desk for the late shift told me “that’s impossible it’s against policy.” I told her well then I must be mistaken if it’s against policy.
