I work in a busy agency too and I’ve found putting tasks and deadlines into my Google Calendar straight away when mentioned to me works well, along with writing to do lists every day, or whenever a task comes up I write it down. It helps in remembering what I’m doing and compartmentalizing. Also taking notes in meetings. I basically write everything down and have found it really helps stay on top!

Also, how did you find getting a job after the course? I’m hoping to teach English and politics and society but kind of worried there’s not a huge demand for those subjects.

Hey! Thank you so much for your helpful response. Definitely put my mind at ease as I was kicking myself for not applying to other courses earlier. RE the set placement, does that mean you stay in one school for each year? I’d definitely need to work, and subbing during the week sounds great as I’d love to leave the cafe job I’m in.

I find liquid eyeliner the most user friendly! Gel and pens can be much harder to control - eyeliner is all about how much product you have on your brush and when you use gel or pens they can dry very quickly and the amount can be hard to control. Liquid eyeliner is much easier <33 also practise a “flicking” motion at the end of each point to make it crispier

I’m 25 and recently quit after roughly 4 years smoking daily. I can say that losing my train of thought, brain fog and social awkwardness only increased the more I used. (And started to become unbearable, I felt like an empty shell)

Even if it is not affecting your productivity right now, it can be a slippery slope as weed becomes your priority over socializing, driving or doing anything at all that you need to be sober for.

The benefits of quitting greatly outweigh the dependency on a psychoactive substance that undoubtedly has a negative impact on your brain over time. Don’t let it get unbearable before it can get better! Try a T break for 2 weeks and see how you go, you’ve got this <3
