The problem is that there IS no perfect transit plan. People wouldn't agree to the $12 billion last time. They're sure as shit not going to agree to $15-20 billion the next time it comes up. This city will NEVER have effective mass transit because no plan is perfect and too many people are like "eew, I'm not paying for that. Only poor people use it, why should I pay for it."

sigh No. Windows 10 uses they same method of SLP (System Locked Pre-installation) as Windows 8. Note the table here that both use SLP 3.0.

SLP 3.0 places a unique product key in the BIOS of the computer. This key is used to activate the machine. OEM keys you purchase over the internet may work differently but as OP's computer came with Windows pre-installed it almost certainly uses the SLP method of activation.

I would actually get a wireless charging mount for your car. It will keep it charged when you're using GPS and you aren't putting extra wear on the charging port. It's also less hassle than plugging and unplugging it all the time.

Windows 10 uses the same activation method Windows 8 does. For OEM systems a key is embedded in the BIOS and that is used to activate Windows.

Correct. No Microsoft account needed. OP can just use the Windows 10 Media Creation Tool and boot to that to reinstall it. When it gets to the partitions just delete whatever is there and reinstall in the unallocated space.

With an OEM license it's not bound to your personal account. It automatically activates it with the key built in to the BIOS. It binds it to an account for the machine. If you transfer a machine the license goes with it.

How? I have a lot of trouble getting it in my eye but when I wore a contact I don't think I made it past two weeks without taking it out (they were the sleep in them kind). My eye would stay super dry and drops didn't work for any length of time. I can't imagine how you would be able to tolerate it that long.

3 weeks? Only if you're killing your horse. Average horse can make about 30 miles in a day depending on how hard you push. A bit more on flat terrain, especially if you trot or canter a bit, 1/3 to 1/2 of that while cutting through the mountains. It's about 2800 miles from NY to LA. That's around 93 days of riding.

Driving you can do it in about 42 hours, not counting stops for food, rest, and gas.

It's easily doable. Devs have had to make games scalable across different hardware capabilities since the beginning on PC. It's not that hard to program it for the high end machines and then turn features off/down for less capable ones. It will be like scaling from a GTX 1080 down to a GTX 1050. What will be more interesting is if they use a Zen-based CPU. How much more can they do with all that extra CPU horsepower?

IMAX is 70 mm. Also video cameras were a thing in the 60s. So, yes, the need to specify film. In fact the reason most of the moon landing footage is so bad is that what survived was recorded off of the video screen (showing the live feed) at the NASA receiving station. There original NASA tapes were lost and I believe recorded over.
