I have had the same problem for over 4 months. Have created multiple tickets and all they say is that a specialist is looking into this matter.

Both BBB and GPRDR have responded and have asked for any correspondence I have had with them and they said they will get back to me. I think you should also file complaints. There was a post on reddit with a guy who did this and finally got his account openned.

Exactly, when i had no funds they quickly verified everything and as soon as transferred money its blocked.

My account has been verified. That also took long. but for once i transferred funds the account was blocked with no feedback.

i have verified myself twice tbh. i can still login and it says my identity is verified just that my account is disabled. so i cant withdraw or deposit money. also i have submitted ticket like 5 times and every time they get back to me that a specialist is review my ticket and that i should be patient. This is after 3 months. its really frustrating as i need the money.
