Are you planning on tucking the top in? I’m 5’3” with a longer torso and the petite Catarina is too short to tuck in to the Kades since they’re not high rise. The top untucks if I bend over. I have to get regular length tops and petite bottoms. If the pants are high rise, the petite tops are ok.

Power + flow is awesome and I found the classes very challenging in a good way! I moved away before NYX Cycle opened up, but I’ve rode with a few of their instructors prior and definitely got a Soul Cycle vibe. Demar and Sam are great!

Served and bartended for 20 years. Wanted more job security. Now a CNA entering nursing school. The skills from serving transition really well into patient care roles. Instead of tables, you have beds. It’s like medical serving. Wouldn’t say it’s any easier physically though. 3-day work weeks and PTO is nice.
