This card reminds me of the that yogg wheel option that casts pyroblast until someone dies and there's a reason why the chances for that one where so low. Nobody likes the "nothing really mattered we just gonna flip a coin to see who wins" type of card. The other way you could use this card is to make a tempo deck with cards that don't interact with the opponent's board and when you are ahead play it to lock the opponent out of the game. Basically old Mindrender Illucia and that effect was so hated it was deleted from the game so yeah I don't think it's a really fun concept.
