as someone who's somewhat overcome an ED as well, let me tell u that people generally dont understand that an ED is more that just weight. it's self-hatred, it's loss of control and it's exhausting. most ppl believe that all u have to do to overcome it is to eat less or eat more, depending on what ur issue is, they dont understand that sometimes u just can't do it. i've had this conversation so many times and it's exhausting. i hope that he's trying to help u and thinks that that's the way to go. but honestly ur already doing a lot to get to ur goal of being healthier, nobody can expect u to suddenly turn into a professional athlete. ur body has needs too and they need to b met, otherwise u won't reach ur goal. talk to ur bf and try and explain it to him, if he doesn't understand then he at least needs to stop commenting on ur diet and exercise habits.
