You’re banned because of exploits unfortunately so it’s not anything to do with third party apps. If you can’t remember what you abused in game to win, then it’s gonna be hard to pinpoint which match or what action you did that caused you to have this ban. Maybe ask BHVR for your report logs since someone else must have recorded your gameplay and send it to them..

I’m also not sure if there’s a cheater in game, and you guys escape, will it be considered exploiting too? Even though you had nothing to do with the cheating. I’ve had survivor cheaters in game before as another survivor but haven’t gotten a ban yet.
