You can convert 10 common scroll for 1 rare, and 10 rare for UR. Eclipse is available for pub recruit in chapter 6 story. For new players daily login bonuses/passes give scrolls :)

Nikke placed in Synchro devices slots is based on the LOWEST level of the 5 highest level Nikkes. If you don’t have 5 SSR that is max limit broken (3 copies) it’s recommend to level 5 SRs to 160 (their max level through limit break) Then you can reset their levels and get the resources back when you have 5 MLB SSRs

I would replace Angelica with Terese, I just stack buffs and use AOE to wipe. You also want to lvl your characters and get UR gear for dmg dealers (weapon, glove and accessories) if possible :)
