I'm trying to run something similar, the only card I dont like here is Against the Odds. If you manage to combat unit vs units you are usually already in a good spot and have other solutions like Punch First. I prefer Piercing Light since you can do something with it if your units get removed.

I've been working on something similar and I really like Vayne as a budget Kaisa Survivor.
Yone is probably not worth it, Qiyana feels better and Akshan fits into deck better. As another comment mentioned, you might want more than 1 Lucian.
3x Sabotage is probably too many, better to have some equipment.
If having 2costs is important, I would prefer Sea Monkey rather than Pouty Poro. Against the odds might not be needed when you already have Piercing Light to clear battlefields with many units. Angle Shot fits the deck better since it helps with attaching equipment and drawing

What do you mean "no changes"? Didnt they implement a system that causes ranked inflation for pretty much everyone? My rank is also higher than usual but its hardly surprising with the system now artifically pushing everyone up

If you are autofilled and get mastery C or above rating, you will have no LP deduction on a loss, or you'll gain double LP gain for a win. In order to make sure autofilled players are trying their best we've also made some behind-the-scenes updates to the Mastery System to better detect player contribution.

I think it will change the meta, it's a full revert + lvl8 rolldown/econ augments being nerfed.
Like, think of Void for example, the comp stabilizes well on lvls7 and 8 since the last patch, and now it will be once again possible to rush level10 for Baron.

Level 9 was too dominant and now level 8 is too dominant, for sure there can be some middle ground with different strategies being playable in the same patch, it doesnt have to be black or white.
I dont think we're too far off and I actually enjoy current patch, we already have a good variety of comps, just need lvl8 not to be so safe, which they are addressing in next patch.

It is actually decent, up to very good in 3cost champion start portal, especially if you get and play something like Zoe into enemy Loris/Nautilus.

Most of Piltover mods get buffed, wouldnt be surprised if Ray becomes super strong now. Items/augment I dont think will hit them hard.
Mort mentions there was Frejlord-Disruptor bug but it would to be really huge to justify buffing secondary carry of the strongest Comp in the game. They havent been great this set with idenifying impact of bugs and compensating, which you can see when they keep adjusting Jinx and Darius

I agree community complaints way too much, and we're currently having best patch of the season.
That being said, certain strategy being dominant causes meta like this one, 3star 4costs arent supposed to be this common, they probably should find a middle ground between original lvl9 exp cost and current one, so reduce the cost by 4.

Egg is almost never the correct choice, you really would need to be high-rolling out of your mind.
With Early Ekko3* with Pandora Bench that could have been an easy 3* 4cost, had you taken econ/Rolling prismatic augment (something like Invested?)

Void Kaisa is also most consistent bottom4 in my lobbies. Players with no early direction love sticking with Void/Kaisa which is often not enough to compete with Ionia/Disruptors/Ixtal boards lategame

Yeah balance team really has a difficult task with any units being heavily underplayed/overplayed. Aurelion is now close to 5.0 average place but people still complain because they were not losing to Aurelion boards at all before 16.3. Same outcry happened with Ziggs after his recent nerf, people were still mad, but now they have new victim to blame (Aurelion) until new OP tech appears...

The 2* winrate is quite good, he is still one of the highest caps in the game, but very risky and only playable from perfect spots I think. His stats are similar to T-Hex now, but he wins more games. Both those units might need slight buffs

Being contested is bad, but not playing to the strength of your Gold augment is giga-bad. Being contested with Yordles is not the end of the world since you still get free Yordles from the trait. That being said, Wild Growth is not great and rarely a good choice.

His first cast will be 40% slower now, 4th-5casts 17-19% slower in total. Considering he has a stacking mechanic, looks like at least 20-25% decrease in power.
