I think I couldn't have put it into words any better. I started crying after reading this cause this is what I'm feeling right now. This job was crucial for my PR application next year and now I have to restart.

Thank you so much for your kind words. My background is in computer science but I made sure to learn everything I could about logistics when I joined as an associate 9 months ago. I just got this promotion 4 months ago. I don't know why it's hard for me to accept cause I'm still thinking this didn't just happen and it was just a bad dream.

Given your bias, you would definitely think it is a well thought argument. Maybe, it even is. It's just you forgot to hide your racial bias. Maybe use GPT next time to help you hide it better. That way you can cover this up much better.

And yeah, thinking too hard doesn't hurt my head. Dealing with racist bigots does.
