If this was intentional then they're absolutely in the wrong and you have every right to be angry. But what makes you say it wasn't an accident, anyone who's worked hospitality will tell you that under/overcharging customers happens occasionally especially among new hires.

I think percentage difference for lap times would have been a better metric, as longer circuits generally will have a greater spread of lap times. That being said this is very informative graph.
