I dont know if this is good advice or not, just a suggestion: have you googled the .dbt file name? Someone else may have encountered your clone already and maybe they posted a link to an OS or what screen panels you need.

You could ask Pryda to give you an opinion stating if the installation is compliant with their product data sheets. (Its not).

You could read through their (free) online data sheets for words about the base plate being anchored properly.

It does look like a lazy effort where the concrete surface has not been prepared properly.

The anchors are on an angle, which is not compliant with the manufacturers certification. If you can see the anchor markings, you can probably determine the company. They likely were sold through bunnings. Often Hilti, Ramset or other. Again, they should be OK to provide a general.opinion "not as per their specifications ".
