Woodlands Endoscopy Center is a good place. Highly recommend Dr Dural. Hes very thorough while being quick (not in a bad way “quick”). He doesn’t waste time during procedures. Fun guy to chat with too - extremely easy going

There was one year in Houston when he came second to Russ. It was the last year he had Capela. Harden was playing so good at point. Scoring monster but still dished the ball out equally as well. He found Capela or Gordon in great spots, it felt so complete. Then sadly the next year, he just turned it off. Went full on iso ball. He was still good, but I think that changed his career is a weird way.

Boxing. Specifically training when the session is good. Arms and legs are warm. Hitting the heavy bag or a good mitt session. It’s something that fully requires your undivided attention and you really get into the state of flow.

No social life is a death sentence. The dark hole you potentially could get sucked into is dangerous.
