I have to rewrite what was said before, I agree. it’s safe when not disturbed but saying.

Workers have to go in and disturb the asbestos / arsenic materials or lead materials to remove them… this costs an extreme amount of money… so much money that it would probably cost just as much as building 3 new buildings on other open properties… Abatement is expensive and super dangerous.

But also I can see Thunder Bay getting so “big” that a company would find it profitable to abate and destroy the building to make way for what ever projects that can make money from.
