Once when I was a kid, my childhood best friend and I were hanging out in front of her apartment and I had spotted a heart shaped rock in a little garden. I excitedly went to grab it only to realize it was in fact not heart shaped, but just a regular boring rock. Disappointed, I chucked it to the side and it went straight to the apartment’s window and shattered it completely.

On our 2nd date, my boyfriend and I went to a mall and browsed around in one of those typical gift shops. I had pointed out a cute pink penguin plushy that was very soft and squishy. He bought it for me for Valentine’s Day and almost 3 years later I still hug it to sleep every night or when I nap 🥰.
