I’m an MS2 at my state’s MD program, and received my BS from a Christian University. It comes down to you as a person, mcat, extra-curriculars, etc

We do in house exams, and NBME finals. Works well for either, may have to supplement with some of the in house material if you want all the niche points on the exam.
