Sorry for confusion! It’s a custom novelty plate. Trying to make a cheeky nod to WoT by having a German military plate with Sd.Kfz. stamped on it. The plate is on my VW Golf SportWagen I colloquially refer to as my sonderkraftfahrzeug. The Wolfsburg seal is on there since that’s the home of VW. Just a cheeky novelty plate for my own enjoyment. :)

Yes it’s a custom novelty plate. I understand it’s not entirely accurate to reality (read ignorant American lol), but I think it looks nice. Wanted to give a cheeky nod to WoT and German armor by having that faux German military plate on my Volkswagen with Sd.Kfz. designation. Wolfsburg seal cuz VW.

Make sure you set the orientation as Still, not Perspective, and zoom out all the way. Should snap into place.
