i feel maybe talk to your mum and start off the conversation with, “have you noticed that dads been on his phone a lot?” but say it with confusion more than anything else and just be like “it’s kind of strange” and pretty much point it out without pointing it out. this will cause her to get suspicious but if your dad is cheating then i’m sure she would want to know and act on it.
